- No payment is required during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to:
- First-time customers who have not previously subscribed
- Requests made within 30 days of the initial payment
- Accounts in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
3.2 Service Issues
If you experience technical issues or service outages that prevent you from using our Services, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Billing Errors

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

- Customization or setup services that have been completed

Refunds for add-on services or features (such as additional user licenses, SMS credits, or WhatsApp API usage) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Unused add-on credits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to future billing periods.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

- You may be liable for chargeback fees and associated costs
